About Our Client
A new opportunity for a Part Time Administrator and Finance Assistant to join an established business based in Guildford.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to the team
* Provide excellent telephone customer service
* Onboard clients onto our systems
* Maintain client data including addresses on Glide, CCH, databases, and portals
* Manage daily post, scanning, saving, and distribution to relevant team members
* Maintain and review clients' online accounts with HMRC
* Maintain client trackers
* Prepare standard HMRC letters
* Package and upload tax returns and other documents to client portals
* Assist with other administrative and client-related tasks as needed
* Provide full administrative support to the team
* Raise and issue invoices, estimates, and retainers to clients
* Follow up on client payments and issue statements
* Contact clients and assist with payment instructions
* Deposit client payments into the bank
* Update responsibility/team classifications
The Successful Candidate:
* Experience in a similar role
* Ability to commute to Guildford five days a week
* Previous experience in an accountancy firm is a plus but not essential
What’s on Offer:
Part Time Administrator and Finance Assistant role, 25 hours per week, based in Guildford, with a pro-rated salary of £30,000 FTE.
