The Role:
The role is to support the Venue Manager and with the day-to-day operations of Crewe Market Hall, ensuring everything runs smoothly, working closely with them to programme evening entertainment and promotion of the venue using social media. We will expect you to take and feel ownership of the site when you are working, assuming the responsibilities of the Venue Manager in their absence, leading the team on-site, ensuring health and safety practices are followed, and making sure the customers have the best experience possible.
This role will suit a proactive individual keen to take on new challenges. You will be confident using social media and able to work evenings and weekends as required, on a rota basis.
Key Duties:
1. Assume the manager's responsibilities in their absence
2. Support with all day-to-day operations at Crewe Market Hall.
3. Support and lead our team when on duty, and work with third-party suppliers such as security and maintenance services to deliver fantastic customer experience levels.
4. Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the venue is well staffed during peak hours.
5. Be a point of contact for vendors at Crewe Market Hall.
