About the Role
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will:
* Oversee the daily Quality function for the site.
* Drive food safety and quality standards.
* Manage a talented team of Quality Technologists.
* Report directly to the site Senior Leadership Team.
* Lead key technical programs and represent the Technical function during audits and customer visits.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Drive food safety and quality standards across the site, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Lead internal audits to BRC, AIB, and customer standards, managing the site audit team.
* Manage non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
* Support IWS implementation, particularly the Quality Pillar Daily Management Systems (DMS).
* Prepare for and execute 3rd party audits, including customer visits.

What We’re Looking For
If you can bring the following, we’d love to hear from you:
* Strong influencing skills and a hands-on, operational approach.
* Confidence working in a factory environment and engaging with cross-functional teams.
* Experience managing QMS and HACCP systems in a food manufacturing setting.
* Lead Auditor qualification, Level 4 HACCP, and Level 4 Food Hygiene.
* A proven track record in hygiene systems, branded and own-label products, and external customer engagement.
