O2C Consultant - Workday Financials - SC Cleared - remote
Must have experience on customer accounts and banking functional areas
Duration - December 2025 to end of April 2026 - 5 or 6 months depending on actual start (or earlier)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design and configuration for Customer Accounts and Banking within Workday Financials.
* Drive integration across functional areas including Projects, Billing, and Revenue.
* Partner with technical teams on data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
* Provide guidance on best practices, data governance, and system touchpoints impacting O2C.
* Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience leading Workday Financials implementations, specifically in Customer Accounts and Banking.
* Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies.
* Hands-on experience with data conversion and testing.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
