Fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join a reputable commercial litigation team in Somerset and Dorset. The solicitor will handle a varied commercial litigation caseload for both claimants and defendants.
The caseload will include all aspects of property litigation such as landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, neighbour disputes, and breaches of covenant.
You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, ideally in property litigation.
