Overview
We have a fantastic new vacancy for a People & Development Administrator to join our team for a fixed term period of six months.
As the People & Development Administrator you will play a key role in the set up of our Human Resources Information System so you will need to be highly IT literate, and ideally with experience in HR Systems.
Responsibilities
* Work on the effeiciency and streamlining of the HRIS so the output and effectiveness in the business is impactful.
* Upload of all employee files to our new HRIS to enable us with smoother operations and transparency across the business.
* Ensure all RTW Documentation is loaded onto HRIS and is up to date
* Update all policies inline with legislation and share via HRIS
* Load all HR Documents, Templates and Guides on HRIS and remove from SharePoint Folder
* Prepare, Check & Update all People & Development SOPs for our Annual Audit Q4 2026
