An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Systems Project Manager to join a leading global professional services environment, delivering key enterprise initiatives across the UK.
This role will focus on two major workstreams:
* Enhancing customer engagement and optimising sales and marketing processes
* Implementing a firm-wide third-party service solution
You will take full ownership of project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple system and transformation projects
* Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
* Driving CRM and third-party platform implementations
* Overseeing solution design, integration, and data migration
* Engaging senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams
* Supporting change management, adoption, and process improvements
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience delivering complex system or CRM projects
* Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
* Experience working with third-party vendors and integrations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, enterprise environments
