Print Operations Director – London (POS Manufacturing)
We are supporting a leading POS manufacturer based in London in identifying an experienced Print Operations Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across all print manufacturing functions. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for production performance, efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability across a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment.
The Role
You will lead the full end-to-end operation across Digital, Litho & Screen print, alongside Finishing, Packing, Scheduling, Logistics, and Quality & Compliance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate group manufacturing strategy into site-level execution, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost control, capacity utilisation, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operational performance across all print and finishing functions.
* Align production capacity with commercial demand, ensuring OTIF delivery and schedule adherence.
* Own continuous improvement across the site using Lean, OEE, and data-led KPIs.
* Full P&L and budget accountability, with responsibility for cost control, waste reduction, and labour efficiency.
* Oversee production scheduling, asset utilisation, and workforce planning.
* Drive a zero-incident safety culture and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
* Build, develop, and lead a high-performing, engaged leadership team.

* Proven senior leadership experience within print manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
* Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budget and ROI management.
* Track record of driving process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
* Confident, people-focused leader able to influence across operations, finance, and commercial teams.
