The Opportunity
An exciting role within our Freedom Banking team has arisen. This role will be responsible for assisting Branches with all matters relating to Cash, including but not limited to Cash Variances, Cash Collections, and Banking.
The role is focused on supporting our Branches to enable them to carry out their roles effectively. You should therefore be willing to work at our Watford Support Centre.

Key Accountabilities
* Assisting Branches with queries through our Helpdesk System
* Ensuring Branch queries are answered in a timely manner within SLAs
* Investigating unknown receipts for allocation to Branches
* Assisting with ordering of Banking Books and Deposit Cards
* Setting up and managing Branch G4S queries
* Monitoring Cash Variances at Branches and investigating as needed
* Assisting with Petty Cash reconciliation and analysis
* Supporting weekly reporting of Freedom to Turnover
* Reconciliation of Bank Accounts at Month End
* Processing journals for corrections, bank, and intercompany transactions
* Processing Bank Mandates for new branches
* Assisting employees with business Credit Card issues
* Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required
Your Skills & Experience
* Experience handling high volume queries, preferably across multiple sites
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proactive with strong investigation and resolution skills
* Good Excel skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially at Month End
* Professional communication skills face-to-face, via email, and by phone
