We are looking for a credible and forward-thinking leader with significant senior-level experience in transforming HR/OD services within complex environments. You will drive innovation, empower teams, and ensure our workforce and managers have the tools, skills and insights they need to deliver excellent services to residents. Key Focus Leading and delivering our organisation-wide Workforce Strategy and associated delivery plans. Transforming HR & OD to create a modern, agile and digitally enabled function. A key senior stakeholder in delivering a best-in-class ERP solution that drives self-service, streamlines processes and enhances data integrity. Strengthening workforce and financial data to support confident, compliant decision-making. Driving cultural and behavioural change to ensure managers lead high performing teams with confidence. Providing strategic workforce leadership to the Corporate & Senior Leadership teams, Cabinet, and all key customers and users. Overseeing HR operations, policy, OD, employee relations, governance, payroll, pensions, workforce intelligence, inclusion, wellbeing, leadership development, apprenticeships and talent pipelines.
