Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload and provide expert advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Your work will ensure smooth property transactions and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Standalone role where you will manage your own conveyancing caseload efficiently
2. Offer expert guidance to clients
3. Meticulously prepare and review legal documentation
4. Coordinate with relevant parties for timely completions
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
Requirements
6. Proven experience in residential conveyancing
7. Strong understanding of property law and processes
