We are hiring for a Health Care Assistant to support our stores in Surrey, BC.
You will be responsible for:
1. Visiting patients in the community
2. Administration of medications where needed
3. Performing patent specific assessments (i.e. Blood Glucose monitoring, Blood pressure monitoring)
4. Documentation of assessment and intervention of behavioral changes in patients
You have:
5. Active practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC (CLPNBC) or good standing with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
6. Up to date Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate and First Aid
7. Valid Driver’s BC Driver’s License
Compensation Details:
$18.75 - $29.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
