Business Development Executive – Hybrid / Leeds
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:00pm Fridays)
Location: Leeds / Home-based (days flexible)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication and addressing queries.

Collaborate with senior account managers to develop strategies that meet client needs and drive sales growth.

Analyse account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Use CRM and other software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.

Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and client reviews.
*
Participate in team meetings, sharing insights to contribute to overall success.

Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth integration into services.
Experience & Skills
*
Previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous.
*
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
*
Demonstrated leadership qualities through prior roles or projects.
*
Proficiency in CRM software preferred.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
