* Managing enquiries raised by buyer's solicitors on sales
* Reporting to clients on searches,
* Reporting to clients on mortgage offers
* Assisting with reports on title and, importantly, dealing with exchanges.
About you:
* Ideally around 5 years' experience in a similar conveyancing role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and solicitors.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth completion of all conveyancing matters.
