About the Role
* Delivering of alcoholic products from our customers base and delivering to RDC’s, retail stores and warehouses.
* Planning route on a day to day basis.
* Delivering loads throughout the UK, this will include nights away – night out allowance will be paid.
* Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
* Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations.
* Managing your working time and driver hours when away from home to comply with legislation.
* Attending regular training sessions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, ready to take on the open road with confidence.
* Possess a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ensuring you're always compliant and prepared.
* Thrive under deadlines, showcasing your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
* Be a confident, polite, and collaborative team player, contributing to a positive work environment.
* Have excellent geographical knowledge, navigating routes with ease and precision.
