Offer description

Develop Company strategy to achieve the target on CO2 emissions for the EMEA region. Manage the organization to achieve the short/medium/long term goals. Define appropriate KPIs and tools to follow up the equivalent CO2 emissions.

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both broad technical and analytical engineering experience along with knowledge of industrial electricity usage and working with high voltages. Be able to communicate to Senior Global Management and prepare reports.

This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Responsibilities of Position:

1. Broad technical and analytical engineering experience as usually evidenced by completion of a degree in engineering or engineering technology.

2. Understand all TI Automotive technologies that significantly impact the CO2 emissions.

3. Develop the annual ESG plans that will meet company targets to achieve carbon neutral emissions.

4. Leadership of defining and assigned projects/targets including following up.

5. Support the preparation of offers based on customer specs in relation with ESG targets.

6. Knowledge of industrial electricity is required due to frequent contact with high voltages.

7. Can easily communicate with bigger groups, both written and orally.

8. Alignment to pre-define annual targets.

Skill Requirements:

Required training, knowledge, experience and other demands:

1. Broad technical and analytical engineering experience as applied to energy efficiency projects.

2.In depth understanding of administrative functions including Accounting and Human Resources.

1. Ability to communicate to groups, both written and orally and lead team activities.

2. Knowledge of analytical tools; preference Power Bi

3. Knowledge and experience of project management and tracking follow up actions.Take leadership of projects that are assigned.

4. General knowledge of the ISO50001 standard.

5. Deep understanding of utilities such as pneumatic, cooling water, transformer, gas

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

2. 5 to 10 years experience on ESG projects

3. 3 years managerial experience.
