Job Description:
Are you a dedicated Nursing Leader or Registered Nurse looking to take a step into leadership? We are seeking a permanent full-time Clinical Leader based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington.
As part of our PlunketLine leadership team and reporting to the PlunketLine Manager, you'll lead a team of Telenurses, ensuring quality, timely care for all callers, and implementing continuous improvements.
You will have opportunities to develop others, foster growth, and enhance community service, while also developing your leadership skills. Our Nurses deliver essential 24/7 services, and Clinical Leaders are on call for escalations, with rostered work during weekdays and weekends.
Remote management has added diversity to the role. We are interested in how you have celebrated success, managed performance, and fostered team cohesion virtually.
You will also be/have:
* Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora
* Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3)
