What we are looking for:
We're looking for someone who's passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with employer partners. You'll need to be curious about their workforce needs and motivated to ensure they see real value in working with our community of learners. We're after someone who can connect forward-thinking businesses with job-ready talent, while driving growth through excellent service and tailored talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Development & Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with employers by understanding their hiring challenges and offering meaningful, skills-aligned talent solutions.
* Consultative Engagement: Collaborate with clients to explore how our learners can support their workforce goals. Present insights, case studies, and data that demonstrate value and alignment.
* Talent Alignment: Work closely with our internal teams to match suitable graduates to client needs, ensuring a smooth transition from learning to workplace success.
* Job Board Promotion & Advertising Sales: Proactively engage with employers across all channels — including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events — to promote our student job board. Persuasively present the benefits of advertising their vacancies to our growing pool of career-ready learners, and secure new job postings.
* Industry Intelligence: Monitor market trends and emerging talent demands. Help clients stay ahead by providing insights into the non-traditional and diverse talent pools we support.
* Collaborative Growth: Support joint initiatives such as hiring pipelines, events, webinars, and branded content to enhance employer visibility and learner engagement
Key Skills & Experience:
* Client-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients or stakeholders in a consultative environment.
* Proactive Outreach: Proven experience in driving self-secured outreach to both new and existing businesses, successfully initiating and converting employer engagement into long-term opportunities.
* · Business Acumen: Strong understanding of workforce development, upskilling, or talent solutions.
* Talent Awareness: Appreciation for the value of non-traditional talent routes. Confidence in representing career-changers and diverse candidates to employers.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and influence effectively.
