The Role
Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management
Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home
Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do

An NMC Registered Nurse
Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

Our modern purpose-builtcare homein Stanmore is set in a leafy residential area and provides tailored care and support for older people with a range of needs. We provide short respite stays through to full time residential dementia and nursing care. Our care home in Stanmore also has an intermediate rehabilitation suite for individuals who have recently come out of hospital and need some extra help and support before they return home.
Were highly experienced in caring for people with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia and our carers undertake specific dementia training, developed by Care UKs own in-house experts. This provides our carers with a thorough insight into the challenges faced by people living with this condition and allows them to offer supportive and sensitive care.
