Role Details: Customer Service Advisor - permanent part-time fixed term contract until October 2025
Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9am - 5pm (and one weekend every 10 weeks)
£22,700 per annum

What will you be doing?
You will handle calls from retailers across the country, listening, empathising, and resolving their issues. You will manage queries via calls, emails, and audio messages, aiming to help retailers serve their customers effectively.
Training and support will be provided, including a buddy system. Once trained, you'll assist retailers by problem-solving and entering data into our online system. The role is fast-paced, requiring focus and drive.

Advancement within the Contact Centre to Senior Customer Service Advisers and Team Leaders, or into Retail Operations, Parcels, Retail Collections, IT, or junior finance and administrative roles.
