We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join on a full‑time, fixed‑term contract until October 2026.
Location: Southbank, London. Department: Marketing & Communications. Compensation: £44,100 per year. Application deadline: 29 October 2025.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of data‑informed, audience‑focused, strategic marketing campaigns for the Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programme.
* Drive income generation, build and retain new audiences, and communicate Southbank Centre’s vision and artistic programme.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns within the Visual Arts sector.
* Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads and CRM systems—particularly Tessitura—with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Proven experience managing budgets and delivering cost‑effective, ROI‑driven campaigns.
* Clear, positive communication and the confidence to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
