Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse setting.

This is a full-time position, and the working pattern is based on 12-hour shifts rotating across a continental shift pattern which includes days, nights, and weekends.
Warehouse Operative Responsibilities Include:
* Meet daily order demand
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of a forklift truck for inbound and outbound loading and distribution of packaging, goods, and ingredients
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed
* Ensure all items are stored and accessed in the appropriate manner
* Report any product or packaging damage, non-compliance or missing items
* Manage packaging and product waste appropriately (i.e., segregation, storage, and reduction)
Warehouse Operative Requirements Include:
* A current in-date Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
* The ability to operate within strict processing guidelines
* Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and ensure targets achieved in fast-moving environment subject to change
* Ability to work individually as well as within a Team, demonstrating a can do attitude
* Demonstrating a proactive approach with a high level of accuracy and commitment
* Flexible approach to work
* Problem solving and analytical skills
