Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales growth of a product. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands on team, able to manage a team with varying levels of experience, is digitally savvy, and is excited about making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage and optimise the company’s digital presence (website, PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media) with an inhouse team.
* Help grow international markets through targeting and advertising to international markets particularly across Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
* Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, videos, and product marketing materials (with the inhouse team).
* Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns for products.
* Coordinate and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
* Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
About You:
* Proven experience in a marketing role in a B2B, product-led business.
* Comfortable in an SME environment.
* Experience managing an in-house team of marketeers between 4-10 people.
* Experience with ecommerce websites + 3rd party marketplaces like eBay + Amazon.
* Experience with digital marketing to international marketing.
* Experience marketing to multiple audiences internationally.
* Comfortable working both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
