1. Basic Salary up to £35,000 (Pro-Rata)
2. Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00, OR PART -TIME HOURS CONSIDERED

Our client, an Automotive Main Dealer in Hastings, East Sussex, is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity with strong earning potential and the chance to work within a supportive management structure.

Duties of a MOT Tester:
17. Perform MOT inspections, repairs, and servicing to manufacturer standards
18. Liaise with customers to understand and address concerns when required
19. Ensure safe working practices at all times
20. Complete relevant service documentation, job sheets, and reports
21. Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness and organisation
22. Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, where applicable
What our Client expects from their MOT Tester:
23. MOT Testing Licence is required
24. Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair knowledge
25. Main dealer experience preferred but not essential
26. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
27. Ability to use initiative, work independently, and manage workload effectively
28. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
29. Full UK driving licence
