We're working with a leading UK-based business seeking an Export Compliance Specialist to support their global supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the coordination of export certification (SPS) for products moving to NI, ROI, EU, and global markets
* Administer and manage import/export customs documentation and clearance
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather and validate required documentation
* Support the Export Compliance Manager with compliance frameworks and official certifications
* Ensure on-time delivery and certification accuracy to prevent border delays

* Strong understanding of customs procedures and international trade requirements
* Experience with import/export documentation and HMRC procedures
* Proactive communicator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident working cross-functionally with supply chain, technical teams, and government agencies
