Key Responsibilities

* Work with the Branch Manager to motivate a large team, providing line management for the sales team.
* Manage sales, resources, and customer service within the branch, ensuring both sales and operations KPIs are met.
* Serve as part of the management team, supervising to deliver great performance across key business measures in line with the company’s core values.
* Ensure the branch is fully compliant with branch standards to maintain balanced performance.
* Engage daily in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment to support our people as our most valuable asset.
* Support external recruitment and inductions to ensure right first time, while also developing internal talent through identification and development programmes.
* Promote a customer‑focused mindset, keeping the customer at the heart of what we do.


Skills And Experience

* Experience in leadership, motivating, and driving your own sales team.
* Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
* Sales experience with a proven track record of managing key accounts.
* Organised and resourceful, capable of establishing, building, and maintaining key accounts.
