Equans UK & Ireland is hiring a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team based from our office in Wath-upon-Dearne on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Point of contact for procure to pay queries.
* Invoice processing.
* Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Internal/external supplier queries.
* Schedule and process payments.
* Reconciliations and period end close activities.

Who are you?
* Data entry skills
* Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable environment is desirable
* Good standard use of Microsoft packages
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Good negotiation skills
* Able to organise and prioritise own workload
* Basic DBS check (essential)
