Customer Development Executive - Carlsberg Britvic
Location - Rochdale, Middleton & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode M24)
Type - Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week
Salary - £30,000 basic + 20% bonus
What You’ll Do
Working with a Regional Sales Manager, and selling our Soft Drinks and Beers portfolio, you will be responsible for making face-to-face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities, and delivering a business plan for your territory focused on maximising sales opportunities.
* Partner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer needs, local consumers, and executing solutions.
* Adopt a full category‑based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
* Create a winning territory business plan and take a business‑development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
* Use data and evidence‑based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
* Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over stores.

* Self‑motivated, IT and Social Media literate.
* Strong and resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace.
* Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner.
* Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute commute from the location of the role – all essential.
What We Offer
* A starting salary of £30,000, and a 20% quarterly bonus.
