Job Overview
The mission of the Account Executive is to achieve the company's commercial objectives by engaging with and contracting multi-channel business partners and resellers. This role focuses on driving revenue and growth through Sycurio’s largest enterprise accounts in the UK, promoting products via channel partnerships, and expanding existing relationships. The Account Executive will support business development efforts, forecast market trends, and help develop sales strategies to scale our go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with existing channel partners and enterprise accounts.
* Drive pipeline and revenue growth, meeting and exceeding targets.
* Maximize sales through partner relationships via best practices, promotions, and support.
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, providing regular updates and reports.
* Coordinate with Marketing to promote programs and events.
* Maintain CRM data accuracy and report to the global Go-to-Market team.
* Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and quotations to support partnership negotiations.
* Define and execute annual partner plans for enterprise accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
* Must have prior experience working with BT Group.
* Degree or relevant industry experience.
* 5+ years in SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting $1M+ targets.
* Proven success in building pipelines and driving revenue through enterprise partnerships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship-building abilities and team collaboration skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts and develop go-to-market plans.
* Experience selling into the US Call Center Market and knowledge of the Payments industry and PCI Data Security Standards.
