At Inspire Neurocare we help people become more independent through rehabilitation. We specialise in supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries going beyond traditional rehabilitation and long‑term care by tailoring nursing care and therapeutic support to suit each individual’s goals, preferences and needs.
Rehab Assistants are Carers, Therapy Assistants and Companions all in one. They take the time to get to know our residents and are trusted to give each individual the care they need, in the way they like. We believe every individual has the potential to achieve more, and our role is to support, encourage and empower them on their journey to greater independence.
You will work closely with our residents and their families as well as the wider multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person centred care in line with their individual care plans. We will look to you to support our residents with a variety of daily tasks, including assisting residents with personal care tasks (where required), providing social and emotional support to encourage participation in centre activities or simply by offering companionship.
This is a hands‑on role, where you will really make a difference in the lives of the people we support.
Responsibilities
As a Rehab Assistant you will:
* Assist residents with personal care tasks and daily living skills.
* Support therapy sessions and encourage participation in centre activities.
* Provide social and emotional support to encourage wellbeing.
* Offer companionship and advocate for residents’ preferences.
* Maintain accurate care documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
* Adapt to changing resident needs and routines.
* Work independently while being part of a supportive team.

Qualifications
* Valid proof of right to work in the UK.
* Experience in care is welcomed but not essential.
* Strong, clear communication skills and genuine passion for delivering compassionate care.
* Flexibility to adapt to resident changing needs and routines.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Patience, eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
