Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Inside Sales Representative based in Antwerp. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and helping businesses and communities access reliable power and temperature-control solutions.

What you’ll do as an Inside Sales Representative:
1. Identify and acquire customers across sectors that rely on advanced temperature-control and power solutions.
2. Proactively contact previous, lapsed, and framework customers to uncover opportunities and revive relationships.
3. Maximise Aggreko’s full range of equipment by offering customers the best technical and commercial solution. Manage the full sales process from quotation to order.
4. Work to structured sales plans, maintain a proactive outreach rhythm, and grow Aggreko’s presence in key segments.
5. Work closely with Field Sales Representatives, Operations teams, and customers to deliver a seamless experience.
6. Consistently meet or exceed sales and booking objectives.
7. Use our CRM system to manage your pipeline, log activity, and maintain accurate data.
You are:
8. Experienced in technical selling environments (rental industry experience is a bonus).
9. Customer‑focused, positive, and effective in a team setting.
10. Skilled at building trust, presenting confidently, and handling objections.
11. Able to collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across multiple teams.
12. Organised, proactive, and resilient in a dynamic commercial environment.
