* Ensure that platform delivery aligns with Chaucer's architectural standards, security policies, and operational readiness requirements.
Agile Delivery Leadership
* Coach and support cross-functional teams in agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Track delivery progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and proactively manage risks and blockers.

* Support change management and adoption of new data capabilities across the organisation.
* Coordinate internal squads and third-party partners to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
* Support onboarding and capability uplift of internal teams to ensure long-term sustainability of the platform.
* Identify and recommend improvements to platform outputs, data processes, and data quality.
* Monitor performance of delivered use cases and iterate based on feedback and evolving needs.
* Proactively seek opportunities to drive efficiencies, reduce complexity, and maximise value from data.

* Proven experience working within data transformation programmes.
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and tooling.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and governance leads.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
