Salary:
£36,408, plus a recruitment bonus of £2,000, dependent on skills assessed during the interview. Additionally, there is an opportunity to obtain a skills bonus of £4,513, based on a skills review during your first year in the role.
Job description
Flexible Working: This role is primarily office-based, with most work undertaken in the office and some outside. Flexible hours are offered, including compressed and part-time shifts. Working from home isn't guaranteed but may be possible occasionally. Once fully trained, you may be required to join an on-call rota.

The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be part of a friendly, skilled team dedicated to finding end-to-end solutions to optimize systems and support our mission. Your specialism will be assigned based on suitability, either at recruitment or after an assessment. Specialisms include:

* Platform Engineers
* Network Engineers
* DevOps Engineers
* Web Technology SMEs
In this role, you'll develop solutions for infrastructure and operational challenges, gaining exposure to technology and growing your skills. Collaboration is key, working with teams and customers to develop customer-driven infrastructure and support our mission.
About You
If you're passionate about IT, thrive in vibrant environments, and love learning, this role is for you. You only need a GCSE grade 4/C or above, or an equivalent Level 2 qualification in Maths. No deep technical background is required; enthusiasm and motivation to learn are key. You should be organized, adaptable, and good at problem-solving and communication.
Training and Development
You will be supported by a buddy and mentor, engaging in formal and on-the-job training. You will rotate through three areas over 18 months to gain comprehensive experience. Skills development opportunities include risk management, security, domain services, operating systems, web technologies, scripting, virtualization, networking, automation, monitoring, and storage.
