We're partnering with a stealth-mode biotech start-up developing next-generation immune therapeutics to hire a Scientific Operations Associate - a high-impact role at the heart of their R&D engine. Ideally to be based in Oxford or in the UK.
The role:
You’ll work closely with the founding team, owning scientific operations across a global network of CROs and partners. Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating scientific workflows and external research partners
• Managing reagent logistics, shipments, and experiment readiness
• Building ELN/knowledge systems and supporting data infrastructure
• Project managing high-priority scientific and strategic workstreams
What we're looking for:
• MSc/PhD in life sciences (immunology a strong advantage)
• Experience in scientific or translational operations (CRO coordination, assay workflows, sample/reagent logistics, etc.)
• Strong organisational execution, attention to detail, and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Someone excited to help build systems from the ground up in an early-stage biotech
