What is the role?
This role reports to the Technical Director and will have regular contact with external consultants. The purpose of the role is to coordinate all technical information, including Building Design, Highways, Drainage, Utilities and Sustainability on projects from inception to completion, whilst working to the Management team's technical brief.
What You'll Do As a Technical Coordinator
* Manage the flow of technical information on multiple projects to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.
* Monitor the discharge of planning conditions, issue timely construction drawings, and ensure enquiries and applications are routed to statutory service companies and local authorities for compliance.
* Liaise with other company departments, providing technical assistance while maintaining the highest standard of Health and Safety.
* Collaborate with NHBC/LABC on Building Regulation matters and discharge conditions so the region remains compliant and the Sales team can release plots for sale.
* Book pressure testing and ensure the plot completion process is met.
What experience do I need?
* Experience within a residential developer preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
