Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate frontline supervisors across Regulatory Services to deliver strategic objectives
* Oversee enforcement activity, ensuring effective, consistent, and lawful practices
* Investigate complaints, nuisances, and environmental health matters
* Conduct inspections across areas such as Food Safety, Housing, Pollution, and Health & Safety
* Develop and implement policies, systems, and service improvements
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and agencies
* Provide expert advice to senior officers and elected members
* Manage data, reporting, and compliance with statutory and council requirements
* Supervise, mentor, and support staff development and performance

* Able to analyse complex information and make sound decisions
