The Home
Our client is looking for a warm, patient and reliable Residential Team Leader who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes. You will be someone who listens, encourages and builds meaningful relationships with children and young people. You will support them with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and development while helping to create a safe and nurturing home environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting young people with daily routines including getting ready for school, preparing meals and planning activities.
* Helping create a warm and homely environment, including light housekeeping duties.
* Building strong, positive relationships and providing emotional support.
* Planning and participating in activities such as trips to the park, creative projects, movie nights and other recreational activities.
* Maintaining clear and accurate records to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.

Eligibility
* You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
* You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent).
* Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
* You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
* Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
