MEATliquor is a small (ish), independently owned Bar & Diner group, based primarily in London, but we’ve also got a site in Brighton. We are hungry for highly ambitiousteam members to join us in smashing patties, shaking hard liquor and having some fun along the way.

Main responsibilities:
* Report directly to the bar supervisor on duty
* Ensure the bar is stocked and set before service each day
* Serving customers across the bar and making each guest feel welcome and looked after
* Serve drinks to spec. consistently and in a suitable amount of time
* Carry out all daily bar responsibilities as stated on the weekly checklist
* Complete all daily compliance checks within the correct time frame
* Complete other reasonable tasks when requested from the management
* Close the bar to the required standard
