Location: Hybrid – Home, Office & Site (South East Region)

Lead the Launch of a New ASHP Division
We're working exclusively with a well-established renewable energy company—over 16 years in solar and EV—now investing heavily into Air Source Heat Pumps. With long-term financial backing and a solid project pipeline, they're seeking an experienced engineer to lead and shape the future of this new division.
This is a senior opportunity for someone who wants more than just installs. You'll take full ownership of the department, with clear potential to move into a management role with P&L responsibility.
The Role
*
Lead domestic ASHP projects from initial survey through to commissioning
*
Oversee all installations to ensure quality, safety, and MCS compliance
*
Build and manage a subcontractor network
*
Stay hands-on where needed to uphold installation standards
*
Shape systems, processes, and reporting structures
*
Work alongside the Director on strategy and commercial growth
What We’re Looking For
*
Strong track record in ASHP installations (domestic)
*
Comfortable managing multiple projects and subcontractor teams
*
Ready to step into a leadership or management role
*
Knowledge of MCS standards (certification not essential)
*
Ideally holds Gas Safe, FGAS, or WRAS (or working towards)
*
Full UK Driving Licence
