Purpose of the role The Sales & Marketing Lead drives the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution across OpCos to accelerate advertiser revenue growth and strengthen brand impact. This role oversees performance management and pricing frameworks while building high-level relationships with key advertisers and agencies to secure a dominant market position. By aligning central strategy with local execution and fostering a high-performance culture, the position ensures the continuous refinement of the media value proposition and long-term client satisfaction. Your responsibilities Define commercial and GTM strategies that drive advertiser acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio diversification across OpCos Oversee performance management, pricing frameworks, and pipeline forecasting, ensuring commercial targets are met Build strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners to strengthen IAG Media’s position in the marketplace Ensure alignment between central strategy and local sales execution, providing guidance, governance, and coaching to OpCo sales leads Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine the media value proposition and develop compelling sales materials Report regularly on commercial results, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement levers Lead talent development within the sales function, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and client-focused culture Your skills, experience and qualifications 7–10 years of experience in advertising sales or commercial leadership roles, ideally across multiple markets or business units Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies that balance growth ambition with delivery discipline Strong knowledge of commercial planning, account management, and pricing governance, with experience managing large portfolios of advertiser and agency clients Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, capable of interpreting market data and driving strategic decisions that deliver measurable results Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) What we offer The chance to enjoy a challenging career in an exciting, fast-moving environment in a dynamic industry.
