About Us We are part of International Airlines Group (IAG), one of the world’s leading airline groups and owner of some of the biggest brands in the sky. IAG Transform provides creative and innovative solutions to drive sustainable transformation by delivering procurement and airline services, as well as group-wide systems across IAG. Each operating company benefits from the Transform centralised model, driving efficiencies, automation, and economies of scale. Purpose of the role The Sales & Marketing Lead drives the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution across OpCos to accelerate revenue growth and maximize brand impact. A critical focus of this role is ensuring the commercial viability of the business by positioning the Media Network as a strategic lever to offset IAG’s connectivity investments and operational cost base. By aligning central strategy with local execution, the Lead oversees performance frameworks and high-level stakeholder relationships to secure a dominant market position. Ultimately, this role fosters a high-performance culture that refines the media value proposition, ensuring long-term profitability and a sustainable competitive advantage for the group. Your responsibilities Shape and refine the media proposition in partnership with Tech, Product, Ops and Design (not just sell an existing product). Lead central-to-OpCo commercial alignment: governance, frameworks, unified narratives, rate cards, packages, and reporting standards. Drive commercial performance modelling linked to P&L impact (cost offsets, revenue flows, value tracking). Own go-to-market readiness for media products ahead of full deployment. Build commercial capability across the project, including coaching seconded/contracted teams during the early build-out. Collaborate with Finance and Engineering to ensure media monetisation is integrated into the broader Starlink / connectivity transformation. Your skills, experience and qualifications Experience commercialising connectivity-enabled digital or media platforms. Experience shaping commercial propositions from inception, ideally in environments where product, ops, and tech are immature or evolving. Ability to manage in ambiguity and build greenfield commercial capability. Proven leadership across multi‑ market or matrix environments with inconsistent local maturity levels.
