Job Description
1. Personally welcome and escort all hotel guests.
2. Authorize courtesies for V.I.Ps.
3. Ensure regular training is conducted according to standards.
4. Handle guest inquiries and complaints tactfully and follow up.
5. Maintain high room sales through up-selling.
6. Maximize room occupancy within the overbooking policy.
7. Balance accounts daily.
8. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures & policies.
9. Check outstandings of in-house guests daily.
10. Keep records such as “C” forms and the Reception/Information Log Book up to date.
11. Handle incoming and outgoing guests' luggage efficiently.
12. Deliver mail and messages promptly.
13. Maintain grooming and hygiene standards for the team.
14. Coordinate with Housekeeping for V.V.I.P room inspections.
15. Ensure newspapers and parcels are delivered promptly.
16. Be available to address problems or complaints at all times.
17. Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes.
18. Ensure the entrance is accessible for cars and taxis at all times.
19. Conduct briefings for concierge and front desk staff.
20. Demonstrate leadership skills, including persuasion, motivation, honesty, integrity, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness.
21. Accept responsibility, show self-confidence, motivation, and drive.
22. Enhance organizational performance and clearly delegate tasks.
23. Think strategically, inductively, and creatively, recognizing others' ideas.
