Teaching Assistant - Autism Specialist - Derbyshire Location: Derbyshire Start Date: November 2025 Hours: Full-Time, Term Time Only Salary: £90 - £110 daily rate via PAYE Make a Meaningful Impact Supporting Pupils with Autism We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Derby / Derbyshire from November 2025. This full-time role focuses on supporting pupils with Autism across the primary age range, providing tailored academic and emotional support in both 1:1 and small group settings. You'll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals (e.g. autism specialists, speech and language therapists) to implement autism-friendly strategies, adapt learning materials, and contribute to EHCP reviews and SEN planning.
