What You’ll Do:
* Active business development, including networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and client penetration.
* Build relationships with top-tier candidates, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Bring innovation and drive to our team; seek new ways to improve recruitment processes, manage accounts strategically, and cultivate a culture of trust.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
* A proven 360 Billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
* Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
* Desire to join an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
* Proven success within your niche and a desire for career growth with flexibility
* Resilience and discipline to maintain consistency
* Ambition and self-motivation for future leadership roles
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
