We are now looking for an ambitious Estate Agent / Property Manager to join our expanding team. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week) at £13 per hour, with clear potential to grow into a full-time position. For the right person, there is huge scope for career progression and the chance to truly make the role your own as TIFA Life continues to expand.
About the role:
You'll play a vital part in TIFA Life's growth, sourcing new properties across Wales and ensuring they are fully set up, compliant, and furnished on time. You'll manage our existing portfolio to keep standards high, and you'll also meet young people and show them around their potential new homes. This is a varied role that mixes property, people, and administration – perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility and making a real difference.
Key responsibilities:
* Sourcing new properties across Wales to support our expansion
* Ensuring properties are compliant and ready (furnished, safety checks etc.)
* Managing existing properties to maintain standards and compliance
* Showing new young people their potential accommodation
* Handling administration to keep records accurate and up to date
* Building strong relationships with landlords, agents, and partners
Requirements:
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Background in estate agency, property management, or sales (transferable skills welcome)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
* Driving licence essential (role involves travel across Wales)
* Enhanced DBS check required (arranged by us)
