About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to support learning and behaviour in the classroom. You’ll work with individuals and small groups — including pupils with additional needs — helping to make lessons inclusive, engaging, and effective.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons across the curriculum
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need extra support
* Assisting with classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Encouraging pupil progress and confidence
* Acting as a positive role model at all times

Who We’re Looking For
* Passionate about education and making a difference in children's lives
* Great communicators with a positive, proactive attitude
* Keen to gain experience before starting teacher training
* Experienced with children or young people (e.g. in schools, tutoring, camps, mentoring, etc.)
* Confident managing behaviour in a primary school setting
* Open to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
