We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ophthalmic Technician to join our team in the West Midlands. This role is perfect for someone passionate about eye care and looking for weekend work. You will play a key role in assisting with eye examinations, diagnostic tests, and patient care to support our ophthalmologists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct ophthalmic diagnostic tests
* Prepare patients for eye examinations
* Assist ophthalmologists with clinical procedures
* Maintain accurate patient records
* Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order
* Provide excellent patient care and communication
What We’re Looking For:
* Relevant ophthalmic technician qualification or experience
* Strong knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
