We are excited to be working on an excellent opportunity for a Lead Analyst to join a growing marketing effectiveness consultancy. The Role
As Lead Analyst, you will take ownership of projects from design through to delivery. You’ll lead on client relationships, develop and oversee modelling approaches, and ensure the insights generated drive meaningful impact. Working closely with both senior stakeholders and junior team members, you’ll help to shape the agency’s econometric offering while mentoring analysts in their development.
This position is ideal for an ambitious analyst ready to step into a leadership role, combining hands-on econometric expertise with commercial acumen and client-facing responsibility.
The Candidate
Key attributes for the Lead Analyst (MMM) role include:
* 3–5 years’ experience in econometrics or marketing effectiveness (MMM)
* Proven track record of delivering econometric modelling projects end-to-end
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead conversations and influence decision-making
* Proficiency with analytical tools such as R, Python, and Excel
