Job Title: SC Cleared Change Manager
Job Type: Contract (OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel, expenses covered)
Day Rate: £250/day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Contract Length: 6 Months
SC Cleared Change Manager - Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Change Management process, ensuring effective coordination and communication of all Change Requests.
* Ensure all Changes are logged, accurately assessed, prioritised, risk-reviewed, and approved by the appropriate stakeholders.
* Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues to support successful deployment into the live environment.
* Continuously improve processes, promoting simpler and more efficient ways of working.
* Act as the Change Management SME.
* Clearly communicate planned Changes to impacted customers and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Operational Leads, Service Managers, Project/Programme Managers, Customers, and Suppliers.
SC Cleared Change Manager - Required Experience
* Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and principles (ITIL or equivalent).
* ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred.
* Highly organised, delivery-focused, with strong planning and time-management skills.
* Able to interpret, analyse, and present data effectively to all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through clear, effective communication.
