đź’Ľ Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing for customers' automation needs of special-purpose machinery. You will work on innovative projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing new and existing machinery.
* Conceptualizing and detailing automation solutions.
* Site layout design and project management.
* Ownership of customer projects from conception to customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
1. Solid experience in special purpose machine design – ideally working for an OEM and/or have experience designing and developing robot systems such as end-of-line palletizing equipment and/or worked within a factory automation space.
2. Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years CAD Draughtsman experience).
3. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and other Autodesk Programs.
4. A small digital portfolio, ahead of invitation to interview (treated in strictest confidence).
