Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor position located in the United Kingdom. As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle services, managing customer bookings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the service department and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the aftersales process, ensuring all customers receive prompt, efficient service from start to finish.
Qualifications
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with proven abilities in delivering exceptional Customer Service
* Ability to provide Customer-focused Service and address customer needs efficiently
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers
* Knowledge or experience in Aftersales services to assist in ensuring smooth operations
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A positive, approachable attitude and a team-oriented mindset
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is advantageous
* Proficiency with dealership management systems and basic computer applications is preferred
